It's difficult to scroll your Instagram account and not see post on ME-TIME or GRATITUDE. Almost all successful people who are living a satisfying life will not be what they are if they wouldn't have spend a little bit of their time on themselves(me-time)and have practice gratitude.

- GRATITUDE
GRATITUDE is the acknowledgement and being thankful of all which you have ,readiness to show appreciation and return kindness. but shockingly many people don't even realize what they have now is so special and magical , their well-being , a good family, a good job , someone special who understands you, a friend or even an enemy for that matter, and gift of living tomorrow. We take everything for granted.

IMPORTANCE OF GRATITUDE
When you will cultivate the habit of practicing gratitude by Just spending five minutes in a day , you will realize the richness of living. If you truly start practicing you will realize that there is a lot of things to be thankful for. Even the thing that you awoke today will appear as a gift if you are wise
Just thanks to the almighty or any super power which you believe for all the assets you have spiritually ( happy, joy,in peace, satisfied), physically ( illness free), socially, personally and financially.
It will create a habit of living in the moment and putting far more living into your life which many are lacking.

- Thanks all who made a positive impact in your life
- Appreciate all your failures and experience good or bad which helps you grow
- Always be happy and in peace which can be the best way to show gratitude to the god or any power you believe.
Its not a one day work , practicing gratitude should be a habit . you can practice this great act of acknowledgment (gratitude) at any time but Yogi's says that practicing it as soon as you wake up and just before going to the sleep is the best time. It kinda helps you in rebooting your negativity and refreshing you every single day.
Everyday, think as you wake up, today I am fortunate to be alive, I have a precious human life, I am not going to waste it. The roots of all goodness lie in the soil of appreciation for goodness. Our enemies provide us with a precious opportunity to practice patience and love. We should have gratitude towards them.

I once read that
People who study others are wise but those who study themselves are enlightened.
Isn't this a beautiful line ???
The thing is we spend a whole lot of time on social media, binge watching, gossiping, and tries to improve the lives of others by giving wild advice when we our-self feel miserable and helpless deep down.
If you will see we live in a very trouble and high-pace world where people are just like robots, they have forgot the purpose of being human which is "living in the moment", having a peace of mind, self mastering, a good health and happiness.
So it's very very important for each individual to spare at least 10 minutes in a day and spend with your three best friend ( body, mind and soul) and understand your authentic self.
In the book "The monk who sold his Ferrari" in which it was given that:

IMPORTANCE of ME-TIME
When you will close your eyes and try getting connected to yourself , you will come to know various splendid reality about yourself which you weren't aware of or sometime feared to even acknowledge it. Let's see how Me-time helps us in our life.
1. Sole searching
Spending me-time kind of helps you to realize your purpose , life's goal and helps to realize and visualize your unique sets of gifts and talents in you which ultimately manifest into reality with consistent admiration and if taken action..
2. Provide genuine feedback
I see me-time as something which helps you connect with your internal being and helps to understand what you want consciously. Just close your eyes and list out all which made you feel positive or negative. If positive you can continue it in future and if negative just realize it and try to work on that from the very next moment. So in one way it gives feedback for which we should work on.
3. Make you creative
I have always observed that when I sit alone in peace and talk to myself , I feel my all queries get answered. Most of the writer or artist usually lock them up in room and they come up with ideas or content which is so marvelous. It helps to discover yourself and many new skills which you never knew you had.
4. Make you love yourself
Spending time with yourself make you feel more connected to your inner self and helps you to develop a pure and honest relationship with yourself. It answers you what you want and how you want everything, which we usually forget while getting caught up in work. It helps in self discovery. It's only when you understand the art of loving yourself that you can truly love others.
5. Make you confident and independent
Prioritizing yourself and your needs is not being selfish , it's a very important and vital thing. It's high time people should give it a try. Spending some time alone actually gives you peace of mind and makes your world more richer, magical and delightful. It makes you feel more self sufficient and confident.
7. Filtering your thoughts
Research says that we can think about 60,000 thoughts on an average day. By spending some alone time you realize what is that you want and which thought you want to process and consciously send signals to your mind that this is more important than others. When practiced consistently you will realize how it not only helps to filter what you want but also what you don't want or you don't wanna focus on.
